League roundup - 13th July

The league has taken an unexpected turn with a new challenger joining - John Harris and his Chutney Hamper Dwarfs, knocking everyone else down the league with his first game win and causing upset for the other veterans. But can he hold on in the games to come?

With Strigoinometry in a strong second place (as long as the league commissioner continues getting wins) the closest call is between the current third and fourth teams with only a quarter point in it. Flydene Blade are two games up on the Surrealists though and now the Dark Elves have recovered from their disastrous first game against the Undead a win in their next game would see them rise a place and be far more secure.

Meanwhile the Toon Scrappa'z are in 5th place, with Victoria rising to the top of the newer players. Will she be able to sneak into 4th by the end of the playoffs?

The Leapers, the Ocelots and the Warriors need to get a few more games in hand to stand a chance.

League Facts (for teams having played 2+ games):
Best offence: Strigoinometry 2.5 TDs scored per game
Best defence: Strigoinometry / The Surrealists 0.5 TDs against per game
Best punching: Strigoinometry / Flydene Blade 2 casualties inflicted per game
Best armour: The Toon Scrappa'z 0.33 casualties taken per game
